2 HARYANA STATE INDUSTRIAL & INFRASTRUTURE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LTD., PANCHKULA Opportunity for MBAs to work as Relationship Executives with HSIIDC HSIIDC, a nodal agency of Government of Haryana for Industrial & Infrastructure Development, invites applications from candidates having MBA Degree (Regular/ full time course) or equivalent with 2 years post qualification experience of working in a corporate environment to fill 12 positions of Relationship Executives in the Corporation on contract basis for a period of one year extendable by another year to follow up the of MoU s executed with prospective investors/grounding of proposed investment in the State of Haryana. 3 1. Terms & Conditions of Employment of Relationship Executives in HSIIDC i. The applicants should possess Master Degree in Business Administration (Regular/Full time) or equivalent with 2 Years post qualification experience of working in corporate environment. Applicant should possess good communication skills. ii. iii. iv. The Contract will be initially for a period of one year which can be further extended for further period of one year upon the discretion of the Corporation. Selected candidates will be paid remuneration of Rs.32,000 per month along with reimbursement of fuel expenses upto maximum of 25 ltrs of fuel per month and TA/DA and mobile expenses as per the entitlement of regular Manager in HSIIDC. In case the contract is extended after one year, remuneration will be enhanced to Rs. 40,000/- & other facilities shall remain the same. v. The contract can be terminated by giving one month s notice on either side. vi. vii. viii. ix. Total of 10 casual leaves shall be admissible in one full year. Applicant s engagement as Relationship Executive will be purely on contractual basis, which will not entitle him/her to claim regularization of her/his services or for grant of regular pay scale. The upper age limit for applying for the post will be 42 years as per policy of State Govt. (which will be as reckoned as on the closing date of the receipt of applications i.e ) to apply for the post. There shall be relaxation in upper age limit as per state government instructions. After 02 years there will be no further extension of contract. x. The Selected candidate will have to execute an agreement containing the above and other usual terms and conditions. xi. xii. The no. of vacancies may increase or decrease depending upon the decision of the Corporation. The decision of the Corporation in the selection/rejection of any candidate shall be final. 2. General instructions for applicants:- i. Only short listed candidates will be notified for interview. HSIIDC reserves the right to shortlist the candidates as per criteria derived. ii. iii. iv. Acceptance or rejection of application of the candidates will be the sole discretion of the Management. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected. Applications of candidates attempting to influence or interfere with the selection process will be rejected summarily and he/she will be declared disqualified for future vacancies in HSIIDC.
