Votolato, Bankruptcy Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island, will be held at the United States Bankruptcy Court on 380 Westminster Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02903, on September 22, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. PLEASE TAKE FUTHER NOTICE that any objections to the Motion must comply with the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and the Local Bankruptcy Rules and Forms for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island and must be set forth in a writing describing the basis therefore. Additionally, all objections to the Motion must be (a) filed with the Bankruptcy Court electronically by registered users of the Bankruptcy Court s case filing system, (b) delivered in hard copy in an unsealed envelope to the chambers of Honorable Judge Arthur N.
