8 HOW TO SELECT YOUR ROOMMATE 1. Go to REH main webpage 2. Scroll down on the right side of the webpage and select Apply Now 3. Login using your MySNC login 4. Go to Select Roommates page SUMMER ORIENTATION 8

9 THREE OPTIONS FOR SELECTING ROOMMATES Option #1: If you know who you want to live with Option #2: If you are looking for a roommate Option #3: If you would like Residential Education and Housing to match you with a roommate SUMMER ORIENTATION 9

10 ROOMMATE ASSIGNMENTS REH assigns students in order by the date of their enrollment deposit Assignments are based on application information Mutual roommate requests will be honored Changes can still be made until Sunday, June 17 at 10:00 p.m. through the on-line housing portal SUMMER ORIENTATION 10

11 ROOMMATE INFORMATION for assignments will be by Mid July Will include information about what type of beds are in the building assigned to Verbally talk with your roommate (don t only rely on texting or social media) Make sure your social media is an accurate reflection of who you are SUMMER ORIENTATION 11

14 BEDS/LOFTS OPTION TO SELECT COLLEGE PRODUCTS RENTAL LOFTS IN Madelaine/Lorraine rooms provided with two single beds that sit on the floor 60% of Madelaine/Lorraine students rented a loft last year Bergstrom has set of bunk beds in rooms; 49% of Bergstrom residents rented a loft last year RENTAL LOFTS NOT NEEDED IN MMM has set of bunk beds in rooms (brand new); students are unable to rent College Products lofts in MMM because they do not fit (L-shaped or two single lofts) Sensenbrenner Lofted beds provided SUMMER ORIENTATION 14

20 ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND PETS Alcohol/Drugs National, state and local laws apply to all students at St. Norbert College Information will be provided by Prevention Education and Judicial Affairs after the REH presentation All student policies are located in The Citizen (student handbook) Pets No pets are allowed in the residence halls (no visiting pets) Some students may have approved pets based on a medical accommodation SUMMER ORIENTATION 20
