As a result, field trips serve as an essential means to extend learning, improve achievements, and enhance the overall development and educational experiences of students in the District. Field trips, however must support the District s curriculum and be aligned with the New Jersey Student Learning Standards. The District has identified those State of New Jersey field trips which are in compliance with both, and will be reflected in the curriculum guides for the school year.
