5 GUIDING PRINCIPLES 1 Pacific s housing system will become the preferred living choice for students, enhancing on-campus housing for first and second year students. 2 Living-Learning Communities (LLCs) will serve as the foundation for the Pacific Experience. 3 The First Year Experience will be enhanced and supported and a Second Year Experience will be developed in an effort to provide value. I would suggest the housing to be remodeled because it is a very important factor for new students coming to Pacific. -Survey Respondent 79% Of freshmen said on-campus housing was a very important factor in deciding to attend Pacific
