1 To: HERON CREEK GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB HOMEOWNERS, VISITORS & PATRONS: On Saturday, February 28, 2009, The City of North Port will hold its 50th Anniversary Parade along Sumter Boulevard. The parade route begins at Appomattox Drive, goes north on Sumter Boulevard, and ends at the George Mullen Center across from Creek Nine Drive. This will result in numerous street closings at various times on the day of the parade. All homeowners, visitors and club patrons will be directed to access Heron Creek Golf & Country Club through the Eagles Flight Way entrance on Price Boulevard. Please see the map below and the detailed directions to get to the club from the Eagles Flight Way entrance. A list of Street Closings with approximate times also appears below.

3 Below are recommended travel routes to Heron Creek Golf & Country Club on Saturday, February 28, A guard will be stationed at the Eagles Flight Way entrance when the Sumter Boulevard entrance is closed, and signs will be posted in the community along the route directing patrons to and from the Club. INTERSTATE I-75 SOUTH FROM TAMPA, SARASOTA AND VENICE Exit 191 at River Road and continue 5.6 miles south to US 41 South. Turn left onto US 41 South and go 3.4 miles to Biscayne Boulevard and turn left. Continue 2.4 miles on Biscayne Boulevard to Price Boulevard and turn right. Go 2.2 miles on Price Boulevard and just beyond the Golf Cart Overpass, turn right onto Eagle's Flight Way. Once in Heron Creek, continue on Eagles Flight Way to White Ibis Drive and turn right. Continue on White Ibis Drive to Lakeview Lane and turn left. Go one block to Pine Shadow Lane and turn right. Pine Shadow Lane ends at the club entrance. US 41 SOUTH FROM VENICE Take US 41 South to Biscayne Boulevard and turn left. Continue 2.4 miles on Biscayne Boulevard to Price Boulevard and turn right. Go 2.2 miles on Price Boulevard and just beyond the Golf Cart Overpass, turn right onto Eagle's Flight Way. Once in Heron Creek, continue on Eagles Flight Way to White Ibis Drive and turn right. Continue on White Ibis Drive to Lakeview Lane and turn left. Go one block to Pine Shadow Lane and turn right. Pine Shadow Lane ends at the club entrance. Turn right onto US 41 North and go 5.7 miles to Biscayne Boulevard and turn right. Continue 2.4 miles on Biscayne Boulevard to Price Boulevard and turn right. Go 2.2 miles on Price Boulevard and just beyond the Golf Cart Overpass, turn right onto Eagle's Flight Way. Once in Heron Creek, continue on Eagles Flight Way to White Ibis Drive and turn right.
