23 Abstracts 11/6 Review & Score by 11/20 Shortlist Conference Program Conference Brochure Program Committee and interested Special Interest Committees Scoring Criteria provided with the abstracts Conference Committee scores all abstracts Special Interest Committees check Topic, review abstracts of interest, or review all abstracts Subcommittee will compile scores and set cutoff Subcommittee will set program blocks based on topics of accepted abstracts Special Interest Committees will assist the subcommittee in arranging the technical blocks Committee will draft program with input from Special Interest, Awards, YPs, etc. Board will review and approve program at January 19th Board Meeting Information to Debbie in early February to start formatting
