5 District 8 Horse Show Monday & Tuesday, June 19th & 20th, 2017 Located at the Bell County Expo Center 301 W Loop 121 Belton, TX Monday June 19th Stalls open at 6:00am, Dome area opens at 10:00am & Packets will be available for pick up at 8:30am Tuesday June 20th Dome area opens at 8:30am, & Packets will be available for pick up at 7:30am. State Horse Show 2017 July 22nd through July 29th. 6 When: Sunday-Wednesday, June 25th-28th, Location: Boswell Porter 4-H Shotgun Range in Snook, TX. The range is located about 15 minutes outside of College Station. Lodging will be in College Station. Camp participants will be bussed between the lodging & the range each day. Personal shooting equipment will be securely stored at the range. Registration: Cost $350 Youth registration fee, $150 Adult registration fee. Registration for camp opens on 4-H Connect ( May 18th and will close on June 11th. Registration will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The first 60 eligible youth registrations will be taken (20 per discipline). Eligibility : Youth 1) 5th-10th grade as of Sept. 1, 2016, 2) Must have been in a 4-H Shotgun project for a minimum of 2 years, 3) Must be an intermediately skilled shooter, not a beginner or an advanced shooter. Registration Fees: $25 per shooter, $20 each for Trap, Skeet, 5-Stand, Sporting Clays & Mom/Dad Sporting Clay all 50 birds.
