THE PURPOSE OF THE EVENT IS TO CHANGE THE CYCLICAL BEHAVIOR OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT THAT HAS CREATED APPARENT RAPE CULTURE IN OUR SOCIETY. SOUTH ASIAN STUDENT ASSOCIATION IS FOCUSED ON PROVIDING A SAFE SPACE FOR STUDENTS TO CONGREGATE AND CONNECT. THE OFFICE OF STUDENT DEVELOPMENT WILL HOST COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY AND PRE-CEREMONY EVENTS. VOLUNTEERING AT ONE OR ALL THREE OF THE BELOW EVENTS WILL BE A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR CLUBS TO GAIN POINTS AT THE END OF THE SEMESTER TO BE ROLLED OVER FOR THE NEXT SEMESTER. Thursday from 2-3pm is the time/date for the next club meeting 3.2 Vice President of the Inter Club Council- John Perkins- Grant process and google form updates 5.0 Open Forum- Robert from Legislative affairs asks how many students have seen the Paw Print and read the paper? Suggestions feedback welcomed to improve the content of the Paw Print. Attempting to have the Paw Print digitally publicized. Total for Club points will be available after meeting.
ASG BOARD MEETING MINUTES Page 7 Senate Meeting Wednesday, March 26, 2018 AMSA Club says that there is a symposium and all welcomed to attend. UCLA is coming with other various schools. Event held on May 12. Units enrolled currently is required in order to be a part of event. Food for Thought food support and clothing donations are in need of donations. The National Students Society is holding an event to rack up food.
