Clery Act Compliance Strategic Objectives Division Priority: Enhance prevention, intervention and response programs to ensure a safe environment for students and staff Related strategy: Identify Campus Security Authorities (CSA) within District Police and at each Orange Technical College (OTC) Location. Once identified each CSA will be required to receive annual training.
