TOTAL OFFENSES REPORTED - BY CASE TYPE Theft / Larceny (UCR) 1 18.12(6)(a) Theft Under $100 Underage Drinking/Possess Vandalism 1 18.12(8) Vandalism Apr 2nd Apr 7th Apr 10th Apr 23 INCIDENT SUMMARY REPORT April 1-30, 5 While answering a noise complaint call to Ostrander Hall, first floor, two underage adult females were found to have been drinking alcohol and were each issued citations for Underage Drinking-first offense, and are each subject to a possible fine amount of #263.50. A male student reported that his vehicle that had been parked in Lot #11 had vandalism (keying) done to it at some time between noon and 6:00pm. While answering a noise complaint call to Ostrander Hall, fourth floor, two underage adult males were found to have been drinking alcohol and were each cited for Underage Drinking-second offense, one by Campus Safety and one by Superior Police, and are each subject to a possible fine amount of $389.50. While on routine patrol in the area of Lot #12 a vehicle was observed by a Campus Safety Officer to be driving on the sidewalk outside of Swenson Hall. The adult male driver was cited for Operating Motor Vehicle Off Roadway and is subject to a possible fine amount of $263.50. A female student reported that her wallet had apparently been stolen from the backpack that she had left unattended in a room in Crownhart Hall. Later that day she called to report that she had found her wallet in an area of her backpack that she had not checked before making her theft report. This report was determined to be unfounded by a Campus Safety Police Officer. Prepared by: Michael Bodin - Campus Safety Officer 4
