High School Drivers Education Classroom instruction which includes the use of state-of-the-art driving simulators plus 4 hours of behind-thewheel training (using a district vehicle). Students must have their driving permit in order to receive the behind-thewheel training. 100% attendance is required. Students must also be currently enrolled in/attending an Arizona high school. This class is approved by the Arizona Department of Transportation. Once successfully completed, students will receive an official Driver Education Certificate which fulfills the state requirement for the Graduated License, usually exempting the student from being required to take the road test with an MVD examiner.
