In the coming days, you will gain the knowledge and skills needed to develop your career within international higher education, and discuss innovative ideas to implement at your home institution. MEET & GREET AT THE NETWORKING EVENTS In addition to training courses, we have created a range of networking events aimed at providing you with the opportunity to get to know and engage with your fellow participants. These Welcome receptions are free for all participants (no registration is required). CTU campus tour and visit of the National Library of Technology Tuesday, 17:15 18:00 Meeting point: Academy Registration desk at the main entrance of the Czech Technical University This event is free for all participants but pre-registration is required. PRACTICAL INFORMATION CATERING Coffee and lunch will be served in the Respirium located on the 4th floor of the CIIRC building. Coffee breaks will be daily between 10:30 11:00 and 15:00 15:30. Lunch will be served from 12:30 13:30. Coffee is served on Monday and Thursday morning from 08:00 08:50. CLOAKROOM A cloakroom is not available in the building. Belongings can be brought to the classrooms, which will be locked during coffee breaks and lunches. Please take all valuable items with you at the end of the day. The EAIE is not liable for any loss or theft. FIRST AID Please contact a member of the EAIE staff for assistance at the EAIE Office located on the 8th floor or at the Information desk at the Respirium. NAME BADGE Please wear your name badge at all times, including during the networking events events for which you have registered. Without your name badge, you will not be granted access to the venue. WIRELESS INTERNET Wireless internet is available throughout the venue. Name: SSID=EAIE Password: eaie2018 ACCESS WITHIN THE BUILDING Each participant will receive an electronic key to gain access to all Academy areas including their own course room. The EAIE has arranged one group assistant per course, who will help you to find your classroom and the catering areas. Please return your electronic key to your group assistant before leaving the Academy.
