Worldbex Mission (Philippines) Organized by: The Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines ICCPI and The EU-Philippines Business Network - EPBN A business mission in the Philippines during the Worldbex, the most important tradeshow in the Construction and Interior Design sectors in the Philippines The mission, which is co-financed by the EPBN, will include sector experts presentations, tailored B2B meetings and a five-day business exhibition in a European Pavilion from March 16 to 20, 2016 Only 10 European companies will be selected for financial support
WORLDBEX Overview For more than a decade, WORLDBEX or The Philippine World Building and Construction Exposition has been a haven for the local and international building and construction industry, supported by acknowledged sectors of society and a visitor profile of more than 150, 000 per year, it is dubbed to be Asia s most attended construction exposition. Terms and Conditions Interested EU SMEs shall submit all required documents to participate in the selection: company profile and application form (attached) Only 10 EU SMEs will be selected based on their profiles and available places according to EU nationality of SME Upon notice of selection EU SME must make the payment according to sections 3 and 4 of this event brief Upon payment the following services will be provided: a) A list of targeted and qualified contacts (potential partners) will be provided to the selected companies b) EPBN & ICCPI will facilitate all the activities included in the program and introduce your company to their business networks c) EPBN & ICCPI will organize B2B tailored meetings with interested players during the fiveday exhibition in the European Pavilion d) EPBN & ICCPI will provide support to facilitate logistic activities: list of recommended hotels, information about transportation in Manila, translation service, etc. Therefore selected companies shall take care of flight tickets and hotel booking

Application & Registration process Application deadline: To participate at the selection required documents (company profile and application (attached) form including expectations on the Philippine market) shall be sent to the EPBN for examination by Friday, January 29, 2016 Confirmation: EPBN will select 10 European SMEs for the mission giving them notice by Wednesday, February 3, 2016 Registration deadline: Selected candidates shall pay the participation fee (full amount of 1,800 Euro) and send a copy of the bank transfer to validate the registration by Friday, February 5, 2016
5. Important notes The European Pavilion will be divided into 10 booths with 3x3m dimension following a standard layout (please find more information in the attachment). For any special request, please contact us on or before Friday, January 29, 2016 to receive a quotation EPBN and ICCPI cannot guarantee a specific number of meetings In case of cancellation of participation no refund will be issued 6.
