Because burnout is individually embodied, individual diagnosis and individualized assistance are required if we are to help sufferers recover. Tackling the question of stigma to the detriment of the concern for diagnosis is therefore not a solution. NOW WHAT? For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong.
