There are reductions to s throughout this matrix that reflect the impact of the Quality Force Review Board losses along with new force structure decisions that increased manpower requirements for some AFSCs. The Estimated Eligible numbers have been replaced with. These numbers now indicate the number of Airmen meeting the. Although and promotion results have not been released publicly, Airmen projected for promotion have been removed from FY14 consideration. Previous matrices factored in an estimate for the number of anticipated promotions for each AFSC/grade group. How to read and interpret this matrix: GRAY boxes indicate grade/afsc groups that are ineligible for the. GRAY boxes marked indicate grade/afsc groups that were originally notified of eligibility who are no longer eligible for the because no more overages exist. The number in a specific grade/afsc block indicates how many losses need to be achieved through the FY14 voluntary and/or involuntary programs. The number tells you how many Airmen in your grade/afsc group are meeting the FY14. Airmen that received an Enlisted Retention Recommendation Form (ERRF) and are still in an open group on this matrix are meeting this board. Exception: and promotees have been removed Frequently Asked Questions Regarding the FY14 Eligibility Matrix Q1. What do the numbers in the white blocks mean? A1. The number listed in the column indicates the number of Airmen we need to reduce within your AFSC and grade group through either voluntary or involuntary programs. The number listed in the column indicates the number of Airmen in that specific grade/afsc that will be considered by the FY14. Current as of 12 June 14 1
