Whenever you have a maintenance request, you will receive a Maintenance survey asking a series of questions about our service experience. We ask that you fill this out and get it to the housing office as soon as possible. As a reminder Parks trash pick up days have changed to Monday s! Please remember to put your carts in front of your garage by 5:30 a.m.; otherwise your trash will not be emptied. Date: Thursday, April 21st Time: 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Drop off your dessert at 4:00 p.m. and bring enough for 12 people. Winners will be chosen based on two categories: Taste and Creativity. To enter your dessert in the baking contest or for more information, please call Jennifer Perll at (925) 556-2550. Submit entries by April 20th. Monday 29 5 Tuesday April is the Month of the Military Child In celebration of our Military Children, USAG-Camp Parks Child Youth and School Services (CYSS) will hold a carnival on 30 April at the Moffett Chapel Field 10am 2pm. Carnival will include games, activities, and informational booths for families. Stay tuned for more information on this event. During our last Soles4Souls shoe drive, we collected over 1.3 million pairs of shoes to help those in need in Haiti. Your help is needed again. Sport Chalet Locations is now accepting gently worn menʹs, womenʹs, and kidsʹ shoes through Sunday, April 10th. All shoes collected will be sent directly to Soles4Souls for distribution in Japan and other areas of need No time to drop off your shoes, NO WORRIES! The Boykin family is once again collecting shoes and will dropping them off at The Sports Chalet on 4/10. If you have a pair to spare please drop them off at 238 Timber Wolf Ct by this date. SWIM, PLAY AND LEARN AQUATIC SAFETY HABITS SPLASH WEEK A YMCA Initiative Splash Week is a free water safety program for any preschool or school-aged child in our community (YMCA membership is not required). Daily 30-minute sessions, designed for both children and parents, will teach water safety practices and basic swimming skills.
