Group Registrations New this year, you can enter group registrations together and pay for them all at once. On the conference registration, choose the Group Discount option. Complete the registration information for the first person, and at the bottom of the page, click Add Guest under the Guest List header. Complete the information for the second registrant and click Done. This will bring you back to the page with the initial person s registration. You can continue to add registrants by following the same steps. Once you ve entered information for all registrants, click Next to continue and complete the registration process. Registration Cancellations and Substitutions Cancellations made PRIOR TO March 4, 2016, will be refunded the registration fee minus a $75 processing fee. Cancellation notices are not official unless made in writing and must be confirmed by the LITEVAN Office. There will not be a refund provided for cancellations made AFTER March 4, 2016, or for no-shows. Registration substitutions will be permitted only if received on or before April 1, 2016.
