About Us National Ambulance is a semi-governmental organization, 80% owned by the Social Security Fund of the Ministry of Interior of the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi Police MOI) and 20% by Aspen Medical (Pty) Limited Australia. Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System National Ambulance, in its continuing endeavour to be the paramount pre-hospital care provider in the Middle East, believes that a QHSE management system is integral to success. An integrated QHSE management system has been developed and implemented in order to further meet, and exceed, the needs of our internal and external clients. This comprehensive and auditable system ensures our continued excellence and improvement as well as regulatory compliance. Our staff and management are committed to the QHSE management system and maintaining a healthy and safe workplace, with our operations minimally impacting on the environment. The National Ambulance Board of Directors and its management assume full responsibility for implementing this QHSE management system, delegating the appropriate responsibilities and reviewing the system and its performance annually.

Our team of experienced pre-hospital care specialists are able to work with clients to understand their organization. From this we are able to deliver cost-effective solutions to support client operations. Pre-Hospital Care Solutions Clients Emergency & Public Safety (EPS) Location: Across Abu Dhabi Emirate Staffing: 78 x Paramedics, 116 x EMT-Bs Shift Roster: 4 days, 4 nights, 4 (off days) 48 hr week Role: Provide first line emergency response service Key activity: Patient care Northern Emirates Location: Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Qwain Staffing: 4 x Area Managers, 204 x EMT-Bs Shift Roster: 4 days, 4 nights, 4 (off days) 48 hr week Role: Provide first line emergency response service Vehicle allocation: 30 x BLS ambulances, 5 x First Response Key activity: Patient care Yas Marina Circuit Location: YAS Island, Abu Dhabi Staffing: 18 x EMT-Bs Shift Roster: 4 days, 4 nights, 4 (off days) 48 hr week Role: Provide first line emergency response service Vehicle allocation: 2 x BLS ambulances Key activity: Patient care

Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) Location: AUH international Airport Staffing: 8 x Paramedics (prime team), 24 backup Shift Roster: 24 hours on Role: Provide first line ALS service ADMA OPCO offshore Vehicle allocation: 2 x Bell 412 aircraft Key activity: Offshore and onshore retrieval III. IV. First Aid Training National Ambulance is an approved and accredited international training centre that can provide your organization with assurance regarding employee awareness and competency required in an emergency situation. With our Standard First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Operation courses, your employees will be well equipped to provide first aid support for incidents that may occur at the workplace. V. Emergency Health Consultancy Our team of pre-hospital care experts can provide clients with customised emergency healthcare consultancy requirements. We will work with clients to successfully implement the correct solutions to achieve your business goals and mitigate healthcare risks. In the ever-changing world of pre-hospital emergency care, we ensure our technical and executive consultation, which includes situation modelling and assessment, situation analysis and business risk mitigation, is up to date and in line with the current market best practices.
