Director of Student Assistance moved to approve. Seconded. Their advisor is unable to move the trip. AS would not be able to fund this if there isn t an advisor. ICC Vice Chair moved to change the wording of Special Account to Special Project.

Major Action Items (over $1000) (5 Minutes Each) 7.1 Approval for Scandinavian Club for Bus trip, Tour Guides, and Chips on December 2, 2017 (Kristian Wannemo cost $1480.98 Requesting $582.65 ICC Allotment, $235.00 Student Contribution $663.33 Special Projects, $1,480.98 Total) Director of Instructional Support moved to approve. Associated Students of Santa Monica College Director of Student Outreach moved to approve. Seconded. Don t actually count the business cards, but set a percentage? Only 20% of the money candidate use can be spend on election. $50 you can t spend more than this amount on paper business card Director of Sustainability suggests. There is another meeting tomorrow at 11.15-12.35pm at Cayton 206. Page 7 Number 14. - Include Campaign Workers for this point as well. Page 8 Number 10. - Grammatical errors present. Page 2 At the Bottom Section. - Spacing needed. Write-in Candidate segment removed - may include drop down menu from now on - people should not be allowed to change their positions - people should not be allowed to change slates either. Director of Student Advocacy strongly advised for live caucuses for all candidates. Director of Student Advocacy moved to end the discussion. Seconded. IX. Discussion Items (10 Minutes Per Item) Charging Stations on Campus Jialing Li X. Director & Committee Reports 10.1 President s Report Report is combined with Student Advocacy. Other colleges look at us and are incredibly impressed by our advocacy for sustainability. Director of Student Advocacy multiple resolutions were passed. - Protect Title IX now. - 3 rd Party Testing. Maybe SMC can lead in training other colleges in Legislative Procedures and Brown Act laws. Director of Student Advocacy wants to offer to buy the food for the pantry. 10.2 ICC Communications Officer Election Code meeting tomorrow. 10.3 ICC Vice-Chair Was in Tech committee talked about the Textbook Exchange Program. 10.4 ICC Chair Apologizing for inappropriate acts.

Associated Students of Santa Monica College 10.5 Director of Sustainability Hope that others stop harping on the issue of buying 9000 bottles. 10.6 Secretary s Report Not entirely sure if printing agendas and minutes every week is entirely sustainable. - maybe we can start it with the minutes. Student Trustee Report Advisor Reports 12.1 Benny Blaydes, Counselor/Advisor 12.2Nancy Grass, Associate Dean/Advisor GA It was a pleasure to spend the weekend for the President and the Director of Student Advocacy. Friendsgiving tomorrow all the Directors should be there. Office is Student Life is closing at 3 pm on Wednesday. With the help of Westside Food Bank, we are able to give 84 Turkey Dinners to the needy. Thank the ICC Chair for publicly apologizing state that it is incredibly impressive. XIII.
