BRIEF REPORT ON IACCM-2018 Second Industry Academia Conference on Construction Management (IACCM -2018) has been organized at NICMAR, Hyderabad campus, on 27 th and 28 th July 2018. Many Professionals and Researchers from Academia and Industry spanning the Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Facilities Management sectors as well as Project Management Consultancies have participated and discussed the issues of changes, challenges and responsibility in their respective field in the form of Research Paper Presentations, Panel Discussions, and Expert Speak. Out of the 122 abstracts received for research paper presentations, 66 full length research papers were registered which were on various research topics such as Contracting for Mega Projects, Claim and Dispute resolution, Power Sector, Green building, Facilities and Asset Management, Infrastructure Financing and Project Appraisal, Design and Engineering Techniques, Information Technology for Construction, Construction Productivity Improvement, Construction Safety, Ethical Issues in Engineering and Construction, Risk management and Regulatory Control, Sustainability and Environment A workshop on Quantity Surveying and Cost Management software were conducted on both days of the conference. The total registrations for the workshop on Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Software (CANDY) were 160. The participants were delegates from industry and students from various academic institutions in and around Hyderabad.
