SCHEDULE B ONE-WAY STREETS In accordance with the provisions of Section 24-3-2 the following streets are hereby designated as one-way or restricted flow streets: Motor vehicular traffic shall not exit onto West Main Street from the alley or driveway running in a northerly and/or southerly direction through Lots 50, 60 and 61 in the Original Plat of Carlinville.
