Schofield Barracks Parking Stall Closures SGT Smtih Theater, PX, and Commissary Lots SB 20 July 30 August 17 (0530-1400, Mon-Fri excluding Holidays) There will be parking stall closures at the SGT Smith Theater, PX, and Commissary parking lots in order to replace light fixtures with LED lights. Three to six stalls around the light posts will be closed. Parking stalls at SGT Smith Theater will be closed from 20-25 Jul 17; PX from 26 Jul - 4 Aug 17; Commissary from 9-11 Aug and 21-30 Aug 17. Closures will be from 0530-1400 Monday through Friday. Cars parked in stalls marked for closure will be towed. Please note that the project schedule is subject to change pending weather delays. The contractor will have appropriate safety signs and barriers when they close the roadway.

SCHOFIELD BARRACKS REVISED CHANGE 1 Extra-Large Load Delivery through South Range July 19, 21, 22, and 24 / 1:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m (Point A to B) SUBJECT: REVISED CHANGE 1 Extra-Large Load Delivery through South Range, (SB) Barracks Due to weather and the implementation of additional safety actions, original movement dates have been revised to reflect the following new schedule. An extra-large load delivery will impede traffic in South Range along South Range Road and Mauricio Road during the dates and times listed below. WHEN: July18 No Movement Day July19 Arrival 0100-0500 July 20 No Movement Day July 21 and 22 Arrival 0100-0500 July 23 No Movement Day July 24 Arrival 0100-0500 The roads will not be closed, but due to the size and speed of the delivery vehicles, local traffic will be slower than normal along the route. Flagmen, including front & rear safety vehicles will be in convey.

National Night Out National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community and provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

DES Back to School Operations (07-11 Aug 17) (a) Provide MP support to oversee, protect, and facilitate back to school efforts throughout Schofield Barracks schools: Daniel K. Inouye (DKI), Solomon, and Wheeler Elementary Schools. (b) MP Soldiers will conduct a traffic control point (TCP) for each school (DKI, Solomon, and Wheeler Elementary Schools) at designated drop-off and pick-up times. (c) LE conducts coordination efforts, to include liaison with key faculty (principle, assistant principle, etc.) to ensure drop off and pick up times have not changed, and gather additional required information. (d) BMM will assist with the flow of traffic at designated crosswalks and assist in preventing traffic build up. (e) MP Soldiers conduct TCPs at Fort Shafter Elementary School at designated drop-off and pick-up times. (f) Traffic investigators and Bike Patrol will conduct TCPs at AON Schools at designated drop-off and pick-up times.
