Facilities included a golf course, bowling center, gymnasium, child development center, library, arts and crafts shop, auto craft shop, recreation center, swimming pool, outdoor equipment rental center, picnic area, and athletic fields and courts. Nov 84 - May 85 Acting Manager, Community Services While fulfilling the responsibilities of Manager, Recreation Services, I was appointed Acting Manager, Community Services. Community Services included a restaurant and lounge, package beverage store, and barbershop. 1980-1982 Recreation Supervisor Berkeley Parks and Recreation Department Berkeley, Missouri Responsible for planning and conducting programs and activities to meet the social, cultural, and athletic needs of the community. This included the operation of the summer playground program, recreation centers, swimming pool, and concession stand. 1979-1980 Park Manager Jellystone Park Campground Resort Cuba, Missouri Responsible for the operation and management of this 120 acre, 380 site recreational vehicle campground with full recreational amenities. This included two swimming pools, concession stand, miniature golf course, fishing lake and marina, and athletic fields and courts. 1977-1979 Program Director Camp Don Bosco Hillsboro, Missouri Responsible for assisting in the development of programs to meet camp goals, and client objectives. Duties included: planning, implementing, and evaluating programs; recruitment, training, supervising and evaluating staff; purchasing of supplies and equipment; marketing and public relations.
