CLASS OF 1968 REUNION 2018 MAY 31ST - JUNE 3RD

Dear Class of 1968 Member, Welcome It is with great pleasure that I, on behalf of Stonehill, invite you and a guest to attend the Reunion 18 festivities as complimentary guests of the College on the special occasion of the 50th anniversary of your graduation. This brochure includes the special Reunion 18 schedule for the Class of 1968. The Class of 1968 Reunion Committee and the Office of Alumni Affairs have worked diligently to create a memorable Reunion 18 experience for you and your classmates. New events have been added to the schedule for your class including the Pillar Society Induction Ceremony and Dinner on Friday evening, June 1st. Beginning at 6:00pm and held in the Shields Science Center, the purpose of this event is to honor you and your classmates as Pillars of Stonehill with your induction into the College s 50-year organization, The Pillar Society. Additionally, the members of the Class of 1968 are invited to return to campus a day early, for a casual class dinner on Thursday, May 31st as well as a private Memorial Mass for your deceased classmates on Friday, June 1st, which is followed by a class luncheon. Further, members of your class are planning to golf on Thursday morning at Thorny Lea. Please note that this is at the expense of the golfers. Another aspect of your 50th Reunion that I am particularly excited about is the Oral History Project. This project provides historical information for the College and serves as a record of those who are truly Pillars of Stonehill. The Oral History Session will be held on Friday afternoon, June 1st. Please complete the Class of 1968 Questionnaire at www.stonehillalumni.org/1968questionnaire for use in the Oral History Session as well as for an updated class directory to be sent to all members of the Class of 1968 after Reunion 18. All Reunion 18 festivities (with the exception of golf) that you attend and your Reunion 18 housing at Stonehill are complimentary. However, there is a refundable room key deposit of $20 for each set of room keys that you require and a cash bar at the Saturday evening, June 2nd Reunion Celebration. Please note that while sheets and towels are provided for the on-campus accommodations, you should plan to bring a pillow, comforter and fan to ensure your comfort. Please complete and return the Reunion 18 Registration Form to the Alumni Office or register online through Stonehill Connect by May 25th. Please access Stonehill Connect, the online community for alumni, at www.stonehillalumni.org. If you are not a member, please visit the link above and enter your personal ID number, printed above your name on the front of this mail piece. If you have any special dietary or physical concerns, please indicate that on the back of the registration form. We will do our best to accommodate you. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me by phone at (508) 565-1343 or by email at asant@stonehill.edu. Congratulations on your 50th! Best wishes, Anne M. Sant 88 Director of Alumni Affairs
