Bus Rapid Transit is an innovative bus based system that improves the quality of the traditional bus experience through the provision of dedicated lanes, limited stops, more frequent headways, and transit signal priority. The proposed project includes stations at 27 locations/major intersections along with associated improvements. Note: The State Clearinghouse will assign identification numbers for all new projects. If a SCH number already exists for a project (e.g. Notice of Preparation or previous draft document) please fill in. Revised 2010
