The starting time listed for the meeting is approximate. Public testimony will be invited in conjunction with discussion on each item. I. Opening of Meeting A. Call to Order B. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda Motion Second This section of the agenda is reserved for additions/deletions to the ICC agenda at the discretion of the SGA Advisor or Support Specialist with the consideration of California state law. All proper documentation must be completed and present in order for these items to be accepted. V. Public Comment This time is reserved for members of the public to address the Inter-Club Council on issues not already appearing on the agenda. A limit of 5 minutes per speaker and 20 minutes per topic shall be enforced. VI. Discussion Items/Action Items: (Can be discussed and voted on at the same time) Motion Second A limit of 1 minute and a half per speaker and 6 minutes per discussion item will be enforced. A. Relay for Life i. Description: This item will discuss the Relay for Life event coming up. Flyers for the event will be handed out and the event will be briefly reintroduced to the students.

Snack Shack February 24 May 30, 2014 i. the club will be hosting a snack shack to raise funds for club activities- time, location, and more information needed C. MVC S.T.E.M. Motion Second i. Cawston Family Math Night on March 25 from 5:30-7 p.m. i. Cawston Elementary (Hemet) is hosting a Family Math Night. Mu Alpha Theta is collaborating with them to set up the event and activities. It will take place in the Cawston Elementary MPR and library- field trip forms? D. Mu Alpha Theta Motion Second i. Free Math Tutoring Fridays from 12-4 p.m. in room 505 on the Menifee Campus i. Every Friday the club offers free tutoring after the LRC closes. All students are welcome. ii. Cawston Family Math Night on March 25 from 5:30-7 p.m. i. Cawston Elementary (Hemet) is hosting a Family Math Night. Mu Alpha Theta is collaborating with them to set up the event and activities. Fundraiser at Richie s Diner i. A fundraiser for the Psychology Club- more details, time, date, and location needed ii. Fundraising for t-shirts on Booster.com during April i. a website where people can buy t-shirt and all of the profits go to clubs as well as any mental health organization iii. Textbook Loan Program i. The club will start a loan program to help you students in need- location, time, date, and details needed iv. Food Pantry i. The club is considering hosting a food pantry- details, time, date, and location needed v. Victor Support Services in March i. A mental health workshop for students- time, date, and location needed vi. Stress Management Workshop in April i. The club will be hosting a workshop for students- time, date, and location needed G. San Jacinto S.T.E.M. Motion Second i. Rubio s Fundraiser in April at the Hemet location i. A fundraiser for SJC S.T.E.M. at the Hemet Rubio s where a portion of items purchased will be donated to the club when customers present at flyer at the time of purchase time needed, check flyer ii. Panda Express Fundraiser at the San Jacinto location on March 21 i. A fundraiser for SJC S.T.E.M. at the San Jacinto Panda Express where a portion of items purchased will be donated to the club when customers present at flyer at the time of purchasetime needed iii. Reimbursement to Marco Rubio for Supplies for Winter Electronic Workshops- not to exceed $250 i. A reimbursement to Marco Rubio who put on a workshop about flip flops (electronic circuits). The reimbursement is for supplies used to give hands on training to the students. H. SWANS Motion Second i. Hope Jacket & Blanket Drive January 30- February 21, 2014 in room 515 MVC-retroactive i. More information needed ii. Knott s Berry Farm Opportunity Baskets January 30- March 13, 2014 i. This suggested donation drawing will be to win tickets to Knott s Berry Farm. Tickets are available through Brenda Tyler (619) 316-5553 or an RN students class representative. The drawing will take place on March 13, 2014 and the winner will be notified. iii. Valley Restart Shelter Breakfast in Hemet February 22, 2014 from 6-10 am- retroactive i. The club fed the needy at the Valley Restart Center located in Hemet iv. Reimbursement to SWANS treasurer Connie Duncan-Moses not to exceed $109.98 i. To reimburse the purchase and personalization of the SWANS Advisor plaque.
I. Queer Straight Alliance Motion Second i. Film Series Featuring Ma Vie en Rose on February 27, at 7 p.m. in room 407 i. This foreign film follows a young child s journey to become accepted in the gender the child identifies with most. ii. Film Series Featuring Transamerica on March 27, at 7 p.m. in room 407 i.
