The Mayor s Office of Media and Entertainment The Mayor s Office of Media and Entertainment MOME encompasses the key economic and creative sectors of film, TV, theater, music, advertising, publishing, and digital content. In total, these sectors account for over 305,000 jobs, and add $104 billion to the local economy. Office of Film, Theater, and Broadcasting The office promotes New York City as a thriving center of creativity, issuing permits for productions filming on public property, and facilitating production throughout the five boroughs. New York City's "Made in NY" Marketing Credit program offers qualified productions with free co-branded advertising opportunities in the five boroughs. $8.7 billion, 130,000 jobs 336 films in 2016 52 episodic series in 2015-16, 15% increase over prior year

Bush Terminal The Next Big Thing In his 2017 State of the City Address, Mayor de Blasio committed $136M investment for the MiNY Campus one of the largest commitments for industrial properties across the five boroughs including Industry City and BNY. 6

Seeking a Partner for the future of Bush Terminal Campus -The Opportunity- The Made in NY Campus presents the unique opportunity of 196,000 SF development pad in waterfront Brooklyn to build new, high-celling sound stages and support space for film and television production, video and photo shoots, sound-recording, and emerging media sectors such as AR/VR. The film and television production sector is one of the fastest growing, high-wage industries in the city, creating a diversity of good paying jobs. In partnership with MOME, NYCEDC is seeking a development team to develop and operate a best-in-class: Film TV Sound-recording; and/or Other media production enterprise(s) 10
