Information Services Center, submitting a contract with SAP Public Services, Inc., sole source, in the amount of $104,083.10 for maintenance on the Office of Human Resources Systems Applications Program for the period 1/1/2004 12/31/2004. 10. Office of Human Resources/Labor Relations Division, submitting collective bargaining agreements: a) Communications Workers of America, Local 4340, covering 80 employees in 7 classifications in the County Sheriff s Office for the period 1/1/2003 12/31/2005. b) UAW Region 2, Local 70, covering 11 employees in the classification of Security Monitor in the County Sheriff s Office for the period 7/1/2003 6/30/2006.

c) The Cleveland Building and Construction Trades Council, covering 103 employees in 17 classifications in the Department of Central Services for the period 7/1/2003 6/30/2006. 16. Office of Human Resources/Labor Relations Division, submitting a wage-reopener agreement with Teamsters, Local 244 covering 10 employees in 3 classifications in the Department of Central Services/County Kennel for the period 7/1/2003 12/31/2004. 17. Department of Workforce Development, submitting an amendment to Contract No. CE13864-02 with CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants, Inc. for Dislocated Worker One-Stop services for the period 7/1/2002 12/31/2003 to extend the time period to 6/30/2004 and for additional funds in the amount of $690,000.00. 18.
