Philanthropy In Action Employees raise $161,665 Employee Sharing Program 33% Participation Bellin Health employees demonstrated a culture of giving and contributed to help fellow employees, patients, and students in need. The program generated $161,665 in its 11 th year of existence (see page 3 for breakdown of giving). Since its inception, the program has now raised $1,140,392. $111,290 for Child Life Program Black Tie & Blue Jean Extravaganza Our 11 th Annual Event was held on September 10 th at the Lambeau Field Atrium and was attended by 450 guests. The fun-filled evening with the Great Gatsby theme generated $111,290 in support of the Child Life Program. Bellin Health Titletown Sports Medicine & Orthopedics Recognition of giving The new Bellin Health Titletown Sports Medicine & Orthopedics project is being generously supported by our community. Edward and Terri Martin are leading this philanthropic effort and will have their gift recognition displayed in the main entrance atrium of the building. Andrew Thor has generously agreed to support this project and will have gift recognition located by the small conference room immediately off the atrium in memory of his recently deceased wife, Amy Thor, a former Bellin Health employee at the Ashwaubenon Physical Therapy Clinic. Patrick and Ann Murphy have generously offered their support through a gift to provide a Patient Examination Room located on the first floor of the facility. Nurse Joyce Scholarship Recognition of giving The physicians of Cardiology Associates of Bellin Health gifted over $350,000 to establish the Nurse Joyce Scholarship in memory of long time Bellin nurse Joyce Palladino, who passed away in January. This gift will make it possible for nurses in the cardiac care area to continue their education and provide excellence in patient care. 4
Volunteer Services Our volunteers are valued members of the Bellin Health team. They provide encouragement, support, and hope to our patients and family members.
