Overseas High-level Talents Recruitment of Dongguan University of Technology With a five-year 3.5 billion RMB investment plan co-funded by Guangdong Provincial Government and Dongguan Municipal Government, Dongguan University of Technology (DGUT) is to be built into a high level university of science and engineering, so as to provide talents, intelligence and technology for the innovation-driven development of Guangdong province and Dongguan city. Website: www.dgut.edu.cn II. Remuneration The salary of an introduced talent is based on annual salary system and all the income listed above is pretax and paid in RMB. The annual salary system is generally composed of basic annual salary and performance annual salary. The performance annual salary shall be calculated and paid based on the actual completion of the tasks stipulated in the contract. 1. Category A and President-appointed Talents: annual salary, house subsidy and research start-up funds are subject to individual negotiation. 2. Category B Talents: 1.3 million RMB for basic annual salary, 2.5 million RMB for purchasing house in Dongguan city and research start-up funds can be up to 50 million RMB. 3. Category C Talents: 0.6 million RMB for basic annual salary, 1 million RMB for purchasing house in Dongguan city and research start-up funds can be up to 20 million RMB.
