Mail Room [Walker Hall] Open until 6:00 pm The mail room will be open for residential students to pick up any packages that were mailed ahead of time. (Student must be present and have a photo ID.) Residential Student Move-In [Assigned Student Residence Halls] 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm Students will pick up their room keys, meet the Resident Advisor (RA), meet their roommate(s), and move into their rooms. Campus community members will be assisting you and your family with move-in. (Student must be present.) Shopping in Sugar House and the Salt Lake Valley 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Head to our local favorites and pick up those things that you forgot to pack or did not bring. Helping Hands Volunteer Day [Richer Commons] 9:00 am to 1:00 pm This activity offers you the opportunity to work side by side with Westminster College faculty and staff on a service project. This years service project will be located along the Jordan River and Trail in South Salt Lake City. Some of you will be working specifically with your Learning Community on this project. Lunch will be provided. Small Group Meeting [Richer Commons] 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm Meet your GO Leader to get tips needed for the Student Employment Job Fair. Student Employment Job Fair [Eccles Health, Wellness, and Athletic Center Multi-Purpose Court] Use West entrance of Behnken Field House 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm All students are encouraged to attend to learn about job opportunities on and off campus.
