Rewarding Your Success Cisco Commercial Xcelerate program provides innovative ways to reward your success. What makes this new program so unique and so attractive is that it offers an opportunity for all Commercial Partners to enjoy greater rewards by selling selected Cisco products and accumulating points from three tiers of Xcelerator rewards. 3

Rewarding Your Partnership All Partner Plus Partners (P+ Elite partners, P+ Prestige partners, and P+ Aspire partners) and Non-Partner Plus partners who hold registered, select and premier certification will be invited to this program. As a Cisco partner, you add value and importance by supplying organizations with Cisco solutions that customers trust. You can now earn rewards by selling our full set of products and solutions across all the three Xcelerator tiers. 4

Grow Sales, Get Rewards Cisco Commercial Xcelerate provides three tiers of rewards. Whether you are promoting low-end volume products or complex solutions, you begin to earn points once you start selling! Pays partners incentives on unit sales of selected products. Only Tier 2 Premier, Select and Registered Commercial Partners are eligible to earn incentives for driving volume product sales. Your rewards are automatically credited to your company for sales of these products. The products on offer will change quarterly. Pays partners incentives on selected focus products. All Commercial Partners are eligible to earn incentives for driving sales of quarterly focus products such as new products, bundles, and others. Your rewards are automatically credited to your company for sales of these products. The products on offer will change quarterly. 6

Pays partners incentives to all eligible Commercial Partners based on claims for driving crosssell and multi-architecture solutions. Claims need to be submitted against a sales order to prove the sale of the solution to the end customers. These claims are verified against Cisco s sales data. Get Started, Get Rewards Getting started on Cisco Commercial Xcelerate is fast and easy. Transitioning Existing Members If you are currently participating in Cisco Connect Rewards (CCR), your membership and reward points are automatically transferred to Cisco Commercial Xcelerate. All you need to do is to activate your account at Cisco Commercial Xcelerate by logging in with your existing user ID and password. If you are currently participating in Midmarket Accelerator (MMA), you will be invited to join Cisco Commercial Xcelerate program if your company opt to distribute any rewards earned at the company level to individuals at the company s discretion through the program website. Registering New Members You can register your participation at www.cisco-commercialxcelerate.com. Simply complete the online registration form and receive confirmation email on your new membership. 8

Frequently Asked Questions This document provides answers to frequently asked questions about Cisco Commercial Xcelerate program and Cisco Rewards Central platform. Cisco Commercial Xcelerate 1. What is the Cisco Commercial Xcelerate? Cisco Commercial Xcelerate is the APJ Commercial initiative open to all Commercial partners. The goal of the program is to unify, streamline and enhance existing programs in order to deliver value more quickly and easily to the Commercial partner community. 2. Who can participate in Cisco Commercial Xcelerate? Commercial partners who are eligible for Cisco Commercial Xcelerate include all Partner Plus Partners (P+ Elite partners, P+ Prestige partners, and P+ Aspire partners) and Non-Partner Plus partners who hold registered, select and premier certification. Partners who hold Gold and Silver certification but not participating in P+ program will not be eligible to join. Participating countries include ASEAN (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam), Australia, New Zealand, Korea and India. 3. What are the streamlined programs under Cisco Commercial Xcelerate? Cisco Commercial Xcelerate is the umbrella program for three types of rewards: Velocity Products Xcelerator, Focus Products Xcelerator, and Midmarket Solutions Xcelerator.

4. How does Velocity Products Xcelerator work? Velocity Products Xcelerator pays incentives on unit sales of selected products to eligible Premier, Select and Registered Commercial Partners for driving volume product sales. Rewards are automatically credited to the partner company for sales of these products. The products on offer will change quarterly. 5. How does Focus Products Xcelerator work? Focus Products Xcelerator pays incentives on selected SKUs to ALL eligible Commercial Partners for driving sales of the focus products such as new products, bundles, and others. Rewards are automatically credited to the partner company for sales of these products. The products on offer will change quarterly. 6. How does Midmarket Solutions Xcelerator work? Midmarket Solutions Xcelerator pays incentives to ALL eligible Commercial Partners based on claims for driving cross-sell and multi-architecture solutions. The partner company or representative is required to submit claims against a sales order to prove the sale of the solution to the end customers. These claims are verified against sales data. 7. How does Commercial Xcelerate benefit our Partners? As participation is open to all Commercial partners, the partner community has more access to offers and rewards. Participating members can accumulate multi-program points and optimize their rewards redemption to enjoy higher-value prizes from an extensive catalogue. The enhanced portal experience with single sign-on convenience plus the single statement of incentives that the partner company has earned when participating in the various programs facilitates ease of participation.

8. How do members of existing programs transition to Cisco Commercial Xcelerate? Cisco Connect Rewards (CCR) membership and reward points are automatically transferred to Cisco Commercial Xcelerate by activating the account in the Cisco Rewards Central platform. Midmarket Accelerator (MMA) members are invited to join Cisco Commercial Xcelerate program with additional validation on company policy for individual participation. 9. How do new members register for Cisco Commercial Xcelerate? Commercial partners who are eligible for Cisco Commercial Xcelerate can register their participation at www.cisco-commercialxcelerate.com. Applicants should complete the online registration form and receive confirmation email on their new membership. 10. How do participating partners earn and redeem rewards? Commercial partners can earn more points from three tiers of rewards to redeem higher-value rewards as follow: Eligible Partner companies may participate in the program to earn rewards for selling Cisco products and solutions. Individuals working for Partner companies that are participating in the program may also earn rewards for selling Cisco products and solutions. The rewards earned at the company level are distributed by the company to the individuals at the company s discretion through the program website. The company administrators can track and redeem rewards at the company level from the company account, while the participating individual salespersons can track and redeem rewards from their redemption accounts.

What types of rewards can partners redeem? Participating commercial partners can access an extensive catalogue to redeem rewards. Rewards may comprise of dining vouchers, shopping vouchers, electronic & household products, MP3 players, video game console, and television sets. It gives you greater convenience and flexibility to purchase your own choice of gifts.

Cisco Rewards Central 12. What is Cisco Rewards Central? The new APJ Cisco Rewards Central provides seamless support for multiple reward programs with dynamic portal features to deliver enhanced partner experience. This new platform supports programs for Cisco Commercial Xcelerate, Meraki, Low Touch Model, and SMB. It provides a full suite of dynamic portal features such as single sign-on, one partner database, integrated statement, integrated communications, and all eligible incentives. 13. How does Rewards Central benefit our Partners? Participating partners enjoy compelling benefits such as ease of participation with seamless transition for existing members and easy registration for new members to the program. They have access to more offers and more rewards. The platform provides an enhanced experience with dynamic features like single sign-on, integrated statements and integrated communications. 14. How are the points credited into member accounts? Cisco Commercial Xcelerate Points are awarded to members company account for selling Cisco products and solutions. Company may elect: Company level Participation When the partner company joins the program at the Company Level, there will only be one account under an appointed Administrator (Admin). All reward points will be awarded to the company account.

Hybrid level Participation (company account and individual redemption account) When the partner company joins the program at the hybrid level, there will be a company account under the appointed Administrator (Admin). For each individual registered by the company to join the program, a redemption account will be created for each individual. The appointed Admin will be responsible for setting up the Points Allocation for each Individual s redemption account, which may include the Admin himself/herself. All rewards Points will be awarded to company account first. Based on the Points Allocation setting of the Admin, the rewards Points will then be re-allocated to each Individual redemption account accordingly. 15. How do members contact Cisco for program enquiries or platform assistance? Participating commercial partners may contact Cisco Customer Service for enquiries on the program in general or how to register.
