Pickleball is played on a badminton sized court with a tennis sized net. It's a paddle sport for all ages and all athletic ability levels. It has very simple rules and is easy to learn and play. Beginner s Contract Bridge Thursday nights, beginning April 16, 2015 Campbell County Citizen s Services Building-Staff Lounge 6:00 p.m-8:00 p.m. Fee: $20 per person or $30 per couple Instructor: Julie Rountrey This class is for ages 18 and up and will last for 8 weeks. What is Bridge? Contract bridge is a trick-taking game using a standard 52 card deck. It is played by four players in two competing partnerships, with partners sitting opposite each other around a table. Participants must wear running shorts, t-shirts and running shoes- no open toe shoes or bare feet. Participants will learn proper running form, basic techniques of the different track events (long jump, triple jump, high jump, shot put, discus, hurdles, 50 and 200 meters and relays). Participants must register at the Recreation Office.
