MISSION OF SAINT GEORGE HOSPITAL Saint George Hospital is a non-profit medical institution that ranks among the best hospitals in Lebanon. Its mission is to provide comprehensive, specialized health services that enhance physical and mental health and well being of children in Lebanon and the region. In addition to delivering sophisticated health care to thousands of children, it will offer preventive and educational services to the community. It will also house a clinical research center. FLOOR PLAN SAINT GEORGE CHILDREN S HOSPITAL The Children s Hospital is located on the fourth floor of the newly built addition with a floor area of 23,000 square feet and a support area of 43,000 square feet, offering access to a comprehensive spectrum of care.
FUNDS NEEDED TO BUILD AND EQUIP THE CHILDREN S HOSPITAL Saint George Children s Hospital requires funds in the amount of $6.25 million as follows: + Construction: $2.750.000 + Support Services: $2.000.000 + Equipment and Furniture: $1.500.000 The objective of the American Foundation for Saint George Hospital, Inc. is to raise $4.25 million for the hospital and $1 million for the Children s Endowment Fund for needy patients. Saint George Hospital has raised $2 million locally. The Foundation has recently donated two greatly needed, new, life-support ambulances. Our vision of compassionate, quality health care could not be achieved without gifts to the hospital each year from corporate donors and individuals. Every dollar received helps the hospital stay abreast of rapidly changing science and technology. Each financial gift goes to the people of Lebanon and the region through improved health care.
