This application, with descriptions and requirements of each scholarship, is available on the Guidance page of the DVRHS Website. This can be downloaded from the site. The accompanying CHECKOFF SHEET must be returned to the Guidance Office by Friday, FEBRUARY 28 th, 2014. REMEMBER!!! You only need to fill out the Common Application ONCE for all submissions. A. Tapp Webb Scholarship An award to a student-athlete who is planning on attending college to major in the area of Biology/Environmental Science. An essay giving your reasons for such a major must be included with the application.
