Insurance It is important that you, your organisation and your participants are covered by the necessary insurances while attending at the Games. This means everyone, including staff, needs to have a health insurance that covers health and liability coverage, so any accidents or injuries (to yourself or others) incurred while participating in the event will be covered by your own insurance. Letter of intent In order to commit to the games your organisation will be asked to sign a Letter of intent to compete in the games, this is in the return form. This way, we know for sure we are on the same page with the selection of participants, staff that can accompany your participants, etc. This letter of intent will be made for your organisation specifically after registration and has to be signed by an officially authorised person, like the director eg. The letter of intent and information about your team is attached to a separate document and must be returned by July 20 th 2018.
