Introduction to Clubs Clubs at the British International School of Chicago, Lincoln Park are a great way to extend your child s exploration and learning beyond the regular school day. Outside of their classroom, they ll have a chance to collaborate with other students of different ages as well as a chance to delve deeper into the topics that interest them. We offer a wide variety of clubs to satisfy all of our students curious minds! What should I bring to club? Students going to club should come to school prepared with a snack to eat after school before club activities. In addition, some clubs (such as clubs with sport activities) may require a PE kit or other comfortable clothing. Check each club s description in the club index (on the website) for specific details on what to bring when your student attends. This sounds brilliant! How do I register? Our open registration period allows parents and students plenty of time to peruse the club options available and sign up based on their interests and their schedule. At the end of the open registration period, we will determine if each club has sufficient enrollment to continue for the term. If the number of students enrolled is insufficient to run a club, any students who registered for that club will be notified. Please note: While we are able to accommodate students who decide to register after the deadline, space cannot be guaranteed after the end of the open registration period. The fee for late registration is $25. Calendar of Activities Session begins April 18 and ends on June 19. On the clubs website, you will find a Google calendar which will be up-to-date with all scheduled days in which clubs are in session. This calendar can also be found on our School Info App. Daily Schedule Please note that a few clubs have unique start and end times which are noted in the following pages next to the club name.
