Part 2: Program Evaluation and Assessment of Needs section is divided into three sections: Student Academic Performance, Staff Training, and Other. One activity must be indicated in each of the three sections. Part 3: Planned Activities section: Questions 1-3, and 5 must be completed; For Questions 4a-4f, check all that apply. 17 ESSA Schedule Changes PS3103: Title I, Part C Migrant Education NEW!
