We look forward to having you on the RIT campus. In the attached pages you will find a tentative schedule for the weekend, a campus map, information about local accommodations for your family, what to bring and Check-In procedures. On Friday, parking for Check-In will be available in Lot D or G. Once you arrive on campus, follow the signs for College parking. Check-In will take place from 1:30-3:30 p.m. in the Gordon Field House (GOR). You will receive your housing information, meal card and session assignments at that time. The Saturday Check-Out process will take place from 3:00-4:00 p.m. in the same location. You should plan to meet your parent(s)/guardian(s) there. At Check-Out, all students must return their meal card and room key, otherwise a charge will be assessed. Please note our program s start and end times. Students needing to arrive before or after these times must make their own arrangements for transportation and/or accommodations. Students who are attending College will be expected to abide by the conditions specified on the Behavior Contract, which you agreed to as part of the online registration form. Students should understand that these expectations and guidelines are stricter for visitors than they are for RIT students. Our goal is for all of our guests to have a safe and enjoyable visit. Your parent(s)/guardian(s) are cordially invited to participate in programs specifically structured for them on Friday and Saturday. Parking on Saturday will be available in Lot D or G. Parent(s)/guardian(s) may also choose to visit the Rochester sights, shop or check out local restaurants. More detailed information will be emailed directly to your parent(s)/guardian(s) and can also be viewed on the Parent Schedule included in this packet. We look forward to your participation in College! Sincerely, Daniel R. Shelley, Ph.D. Associate Vice President and Director of Undergraduate Admissions C&C Overnight E-doc
