Concept: Earth Day theme, schools and general public invited, interactive displays of archeology, natural resources, hazardous materials, safety and fire protection, and static displays of military equipment. Wednesday, 26 April (1400-1700) Schofield Kalakaua Community Center Partners: DPW Env, IPC, 9 th MSC Env Div, Community Organizations. Concept: Take advantage of the school s early dismissal day to provide educational activities for the keiki. Events Objective Provide exciting, interactive exhibits and entertainment for all ages to reinforce the Army's commitment to protect, preserve and enhance the environment. Acknowledge the Past by restoring Army lands and preserving cultural and historical resources, Engage the Present by meeting today's environmental standards enabling Army operations and protecting Soldiers, Families, Civilians and Communities. Chart the Future by institutionalizing best practices and use of new technology to ensure future environmental resiliency.

Housing Services Office (HSO) Temporary Lodging Allowance (TLA) Reminders Continuing group TLA briefings Please ensure Soldiers bring a copy of all documents for HSO to keep Remind Soldiers not to come in to check on the status of their TLA certificate Due to manpower shortages it now takes a minimum of 5-10 business days to generate certificates TLA is not issued on dates the Soldier is on leave
Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) Furnishings Management Office (FMO) Certificates on Non-Availability (CNA) Issued by exception to policy through the Garrison Commander Are only valid for a maximum of 1 year Required to be renewed 90 days prior to expiration Please review all of your unaccompanied Soldiers residing off post to ensure they have the proper document Soldiers who do not have a valid CNA are flagged at Finance during PCS or ETS This can place Soldiers in a major financial hardship
