Motion approved without objections. V. Approval of the Agenda Club IT moved to approve the agenda. Backstage Players Club seconded. Motion approved without objections. VI. Discussion and Possible Action Items 1. Club Petitions for Recognition First Year Experience The Jordan Italian Club moved to approve the two clubs. Design Club seconded.

Spending Bills a) ICCSBFY17-07 - Film Festival Film Club Hernandez discussed the overall idea of the event. Students will submit film ideas and premier horror films. Along with Medina, Hernandez further discussed how much Film Club currently has in their budget. Intramurals Club moved to move on to the next item because there is no representative to discuss the bill, table the bill. Horticulture Club seconded. Motion passes without objections.
b) ICCSBFY17-08 Halloween Decorations Japanese Club Hernandez discussed the details of the event. A representative from the Japanese Club discussed collaboration with International Club and Spanish Club to host the event. He discussed the club putting together a haunted room for the event, and that each club will have its own room to decorate. Japanese and International Club fundraised together and raised $100 to split between the clubs. They are requesting funds of $120 to cover the costs of the event, as well as asking for donations for decorations. Medina provided extra background information to support what the representative Accounting and Business Club moved to approve the $120. Italian Club seconded. Math Club moved to amend the motion to approve $150. Design Club seconded. Spanish Club representative shared that the club is requesting now $200 and shared the list of items that they are going to use the funds for. Spanish Club moves to approve the $200. Roles and Expectations Medina discussed that he wanted to address his expectations from the group. For everyone to be here to represent their clubs as well as be on time. He further added that individuals can contact him whenever they would like to bring something to the attention of the council along with any other issues. VII. Communication from the Floor San Elijo, Titus The CLC is looking for volunteers at the San Dieguito Heritage Event Juana Reyes, ASG President She wanted to address Measure MM being on the ballot for the upcoming election. She gave details about the measure to the group and also announced that information can be found in the Chariot newspaper.
