Nutrition & Transportation Program The nutrition program is a daily lunch program that ensures a nutritious lunch for senior citizens. Free transportation to both senior program locations is available to seniors, age 60 and older, living in the city of Garland, who participate in the nutrition program. Meals are served Monday through Friday at 11:30 a.m. The cost is only a small, suggested and anonymous donation.
