A 350-600 wod desciption of the content of the pesentation. An abstact, 35 wods o less, to be used in confeence pogam mateials. A one-paagaph summay of each pesente s backgound, expeience and qualifications to pesent the poposed pesentation. N4C will povide an LCD pojecto and a sceen. The pesente must povide a laptop and all othe equipment at his o he own expense. Selection Pocess Poposals ae selected though a blind eview pocess by a panel of N4C membes. The identities of the submittes ae not known by the eview panel. Poposals ae selected based on the quality of the poposal, elevance to ealy childhood issues, and the inteests of N4C confeence attendees.
