National Honor Society of Mosinee High School Scholarship Scholarship Number: 149 Contributor: National Honor Society of Mosinee High School Amount of Each Scholarship: $250 Number of Scholarships to be Awarded: Two a. Applicant must be: 1. active member of National Honor Society 2. attending mandatory NHS monthly meetings 3. completing or have completed 20+ hours of community service 4. maintaining a cumulative 3.50 GPA for all semester you were a member 5. participating in all fund raisers b. Applicant must write an essay outlining his/her major accomplishments throughout high school and plans for his/her future. c. Applicant must be accepted at an accredited university or technical college. d. Member of this year's Mosinee High School graduating class. a. Applicants must complete a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under General Scholarships, attach essay and a copy of Community Service Hours form with signatures listing all community services hours donated in the current school year and return it to the Student Services office by the due date. a. Selection of the recipient will be made by the Donor. a. Scholarship monies will be awarded in certificate only at the Senior Recognition Night. b. Donor is responsible for payment. c. Scholarship checks will be sent to the recipients after verification of 3.50 cumulative GPA for all semesters you were a member. Unused Scholarship: a. An alternate will be chosen by the selection committee if a recipient does not attend school, in the fall, of the year the scholarship was given.
Scholarship Number: 150 Pat Toboyek Memorial Scholarship Purpose of scholarship: The purpose of this scholarship is to honor the memory of Pat Toboyek, a graduate of Mosinee High School. Amount of Each Scholarship: $100 Scholarships to be Awarded: One a. A member of the football team will be given preference. However, if no candidate meets this requirement, others will be considered. b. Applicant should have a GPA of 2.5 or better. Students with lower averages may be considered. c. Applicant must be accepted by the school they plan to attend. d. Scholarship may be used at any accredited school. e. Applicant should have outstanding qualities in the following: character, leadership, service to school and community and scholarship. f. Financial need will not be a determining factor. g. Member of this year's Mosinee High School graduating class. a. Applicant must complete a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under General Scholarships, and return it to the Student Services office by the due date. a. Recipient will be selected by the donor. Scholarships Administration: a. Scholarship will be awarded in certificate only at the Senior Recognition Night. b. The donor is responsible for distributing the scholarship money. c. Money may be used for tuition, room and board. Unused Scholarship: a. If there is no recipient or the recipient does not attend school, the money will go unused. In the event a scholarship should go unused in any given year, it will lapse for that year.

Students with lower averages may be considered. b. Applicants must be able to meet the requirements of the school they plan to attend. c. Scholarship may be used at any accredited school (post-high school). d. Active member of the Mosinee community. Special consideration given to student who volunteered for PTO Events. e. Member of this year's Mosinee High School graduating class. a. Applicants must complete a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under General Scholarships, and return to Student Services office by the due date. a. Selection of the recipient will be made by the Donor.

Applicant must have been accepted by the school they plan to attend. c. Scholarship may be used at any accredited school. d. Financial need will not be a determining factor. e. Member of this year's Mosinee High School graduating class. a. Applicants will be required to fill out a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under Community Scholarships, and return it to Student Services by the due date. a. Selection of the recipient will be made by the Local Scholarship Committee b. Two alternates will be chosen in case the recipient does not attend college. Unused Scholarship: a. The alternate will be given the scholarship if the recipient does not attend college.

Preference will be given to an applicant who has been involved in music, either in the high school or community. b. Preference will be given to an applicant who will focus on Music Education in higher education. c. Scholarship may be used at any accredited technical or four year college. d. Member of this year's Mosinee High School graduating class. a. Applicants must complete a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under Community Scholarships, and return it to the Student Services office by the due date. a. Robert Hansen Memorial Scholarship Number: 259 Amount of Each Scholarship: $200 Number of Scholarships to be Awarded: 1 a. Applicants need to be pursuing a career in music, music education, theater or theater education.. b. Applicant must be accepted and plan on attending a 4 year accredited university on a full-time basis after graduation. (12 credit minimum) c. Member of this year's Mosinee High School graduating class. a. Each applicant will be required to fill out a General Scholarship Application, checking this scholarship under General Scholarships, and return it to the Student Services office by the due date. b. Applicants must also attach a statement explaining why they should be considered to be a recipient of this scholarship. Please include involvement with all experiences with music/theater. a.
