Chef Louis Eguaras, will sharing information on gluten free and tips to improve current family recipes to minimize the use of wheat products. Patty Rodriguez will cover early childhood obesity and prevention. She will also share some important information regarding a diet composed of various food groups.. Steve Ruys will be presenting a concise workout that will help motivate the mind and body to gain natural energy and develop endurance. George Yemetz is an almond grower and expert. He will be sharing the benefits of almonds and the various products prepared all natural and 100% organic. This is NOT a class so anyone and everyone is welcome. You don t have to be a student of the college to play. When: Thursday 6:00pm - 9:00pm with 9 lighted indoor courts available.
