Some observations as chair Many people are involved in organization 11 TPC chairs, 2 general chairs, 6 other chairs, 2+6 local organization, 4 steering committee More people is not always helpful Strong local organization is important Focus is on paper presentations We need more interaction? How to differentiate between the various events Different topics? Different acceptance rates? One Event? Title is confusing
