M/WBE GOALS AND SUBCONTRACTORS PARTICIPATION PLAN M/WBE Participation Goal: 10-25% (as percentage of total contract value) Firms must be certified as MWBE by the State in order to count toward goal Respondents must also submit a Narrative demonstrating how they will meet the M/WBE Participation Goal. The Narrative should: Speak to respondent s commitment to M/WBE participation, including any pertinent programming run by respondent Outline specific tactics for ensuring M/WBE Participation Goal is met Include any other info that demonstrates the likelihood that the M/WBE Participation Goal will be met or exceeded % of proprietary prequalified list that is State -certified M/WBE overall and for specific trades key to this project List members of respondent team that are M/WBE Narrative will be rated and factor into selection
