JULY 9 JULY 10 3:00-5:00 p.m. Camp Check-in and Move-in Iowa 4-H Center 1991 Peach Avenue, Madrid, IA 50156 Arrive to the Iowa 4-H Center between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. Remember to bring your health history paperwork if you have not already submitted a copy. You will receive your cabin assignment and have time to get settled before Sunday evening activities. 5:00-7:00 p.m. Camp Welcome The recommended dress for Sunday is casual. You will be moving in, enjoying camp activities, and meeting your fellow campers. Remember that close toed shoes are required while at the 4-H Center. 9:45-10:30 a.m. College of Business Welcome 10:30-11:00 a.m. Camp Overview and Tour 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Business Workshop: Marketing & Management 12:30-1:00 p.m. 1:30-2:00 p.m. Travel to Case Partners 2:00-4:00 p.m. Case Partner Visit Visiting Iowa Arboretum: analyzers, forecasters, auditors, entrepreneurs, innovators Visiting YSS: consultants, brokers, distributors, managers, controllers 4:00-4:30 p.m. 4:30-5:00 p.m. Team Building Activity SUNDAY 2 The recommended dress for Monday is business casual during the day on campus. We will be visiting two area non-profits and meeting our case project partners. After returning to camp the recommended dress is casual. MONDAY 3

We will be joined by a representative from Renewable nergy Group, Inc. for a business presentation. After returning to camp the recommended dress is casual. 9:45-11:00 a.m. Business Workshop: Accounting 11:00-11:30 a.m. Visit from Governor Kim Reynolds 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Group Case Work Time 12:30-1:30 p.m. 1:30-2:00 p.m. Break 2:00-4:00 p.m. Business Presentation Mary Bontrager, xecutive Vice President of Talent Development, Greater Des Moines Partnership, 4:00-4:30 p.m. 4:30-5:00 p.m. Communication Activity The recommended dress for Wednesday is business casual during the day on campus. You will present your case project to our non-profit partners. THURSDAY The recommended dress for Thursday is casual. Please wear or bring your red camp t-shirt for a group photo. We will be walking to lunch and enjoying a campus tour so please wear comfortable shoes. During your extended downtime at camp Thursday afternoon we recommend you start packing up your belongings. When you are picked up from camp Friday morning you will need to bring all of your luggage with you. You will be checking out of your cabin Friday morning and will not return to the 4-H Center. You will leave directly from the Gerdin Business Building.
