Highlights FY17Q3 Defense Acquisition Workforce Size Highlights The Science & Technology Manager Career Field experienced an increase since last quarter growing from 3,896 last quarter (FY17Q2) to 3,919 this quarter. The attrition rate for the S&T Manger Career Field decreased in each of the three career groups in the last year. Except for the end of FY16, S&T has seen attrition continue to decrease since FY11. Additionally S&T has the lowest attrition rate of all the career fields since FY14. Defense Acquisition Workforce DAWIA Certification Highlights The Meets/Exceeds certification rate for S&T continues to rise, increasing every year since FY15 and each quarter since FY16Q1. 4
